Students will undergo basic nutritional coaching, will discover and understand their caloric requirements, guidelines, and extensive weight training, cardiovascular, and recovery periods.
Redemption Program
Redemption... you were on your journey once, but because of injury, health complications, or simply because the universe decided it was your time to suffer, your fitness odyssey came to a hiatus.
Thankfully, I can help you reclaim your former glory. For $50 a month, I can help you redeem yourself, warrior. Start today.
$50 a month may seem steep to some, but it's a hell of a deal - I will go through detailed nutritional coaching, go through every set of exercises, every single rep and rest period, every single time you drink water or crave a midnight snack.
Enlightened Warrior Program
The Enlightened Warrior basks in the sun, takes in nutrients from what nature has provided, and regularly maximizes hypertrophic muscular growth while understanding the importance of cardio.
